HONEY PANNA COTTA


If you’re after a delicious and simple dessert to try out then try out this Honey Panna Cotta recipe. It’s creamy, sweet and is a great crowd pleaser! 


 


Ingredients:


1 Tbsp water 


1/2 tsp gelatin 


1/2 cup milk 


1/4 cup Manuka Emporium Honey 


1/2 cup cream 


 


Method: 


1. Mix the water and gelatin in a small bowl and set aside to bloom for 5 minutes. 


2. Pour the milk and honey into a saucepan over medium heat and stir until the honey is melted. 


3. Add the gelatin mixture and stir until dissolved. Remove from the heat and stir in the cream. 


4. Divide between 3-4 small glasses and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set.
